AK 40 Terms and Conditions — Rules for Pakistan Players

By accessing, registering on or using any part of the AK 40 platform — whether through a web browser or the AK 40 mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all activities on AK 40, including but not limited to creating an account, making deposits in PKR, playing casino games, placing sports bets, participating in the VIP programme and claiming any bonus or promotion. These terms form a binding agreement between you (the player) and AK 40.

To register and use AK 40, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. AK 40 is strictly an adult platform and no exceptions are made to this requirement under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities and automated accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be excluded from gambling platforms through any self-exclusion arrangement that you have previously set up.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• You must not open an account on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your account.

AK 40 reserves the right to request verification of your age and identity at any time. If verification is requested and not completed within the timeframe specified, your account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. This is done to protect all players and to maintain platform integrity.

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on AK 40. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same name, different names, different email addresses or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts associated with that individual will be closed and any balance may be forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and truthful information. This includes your full name, date of birth, email address and any other details requested during the registration process. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. If your contact details change, please update them through your account dashboard or contact support.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. AK 40 will never ask for your password through any channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately.

• One account per person — duplicate accounts will be closed.
• All registration information must be accurate and kept current.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account.
• Account sharing is not permitted.
• Report any suspected unauthorised access immediately.

All transactions on AK 40 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through supported payment methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfers, debit and credit cards, and other supported mobile wallets. AK 40 does not charge its own fees on standard deposits and withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set per payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. Withdrawal limits and processing times vary by method and by VIP tier. Players at higher VIP tiers — Gold, Platinum and Diamond — benefit from faster withdrawal processing and higher withdrawal limits.

• Deposits are credited to your PKR balance once confirmed by the payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframes displayed for each method.
• AK 40 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Deposits made by one method must generally be withdrawn to the same method, subject to specific payment provider rules.
• Deposits used to qualify for bonuses may be subject to the wagering conditions described in Section 5.

AK 40 offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific terms attached to that bonus as well as these general Terms and Conditions.

Wagering requirements apply to most bonuses. A wagering requirement means you must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) a specified number of times before the bonus or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will always be stated clearly in the bonus terms.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Bonuses expire if not used within the timeframe specified in the bonus terms.
• AK 40 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus that was claimed as a result of a technical error or system fault.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings.
• VIP cashback is credited to your balance in PKR and is subject to the wagering conditions specified in the VIP programme terms.
• During major cricket events such as PSL or T20 internationals, special promotional bonuses may be offered. These are subject to their own specific terms.

AK 40 reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated to affected players as far in advance as is reasonably practicable.

All casino and slots games on AK 40 are provided by third-party game studios. The results of all games are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated by the respective game providers. AK 40 does not manipulate game outcomes.

• All games must be played for personal entertainment only. Use of automated software, bots or any system designed to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages are set by the game provider and are available in the game information panel for each title.
• In the event of a game malfunction or technical error, any bets placed during the affected period may be voided and stakes returned. AK 40's decision on such matters is final.
• Live casino games are streamed from professional studios. Connection interruptions on the player's side do not entitle the player to a refund of bets already placed.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game and must be adhered to at all times.

AK 40 offers sports betting markets on a wide range of events, with a particular focus on cricket — including Pakistan national team matches, Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures, T20 internationals and major ICC tournaments — as well as football and esports events.

• All bets are final once confirmed. You may not cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system.
• Odds are displayed at the time of placing the bet and are subject to change before the bet is confirmed. The odds at confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the current state of the match. AK 40 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.
• If a match or event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific settlement rules for that sport and market type, which are available in the Sports Betting help section.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation.
• AK 40 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where there is evidence of irregular activity, match-fixing or pricing errors.
• Combination (accumulator) bets are permitted on eligible markets. If one selection in an accumulator is voided, it is treated as a non-runner and the accumulator continues with the remaining selections.

PSL and international cricket markets receive the deepest coverage on AK 40. Event-specific promotions tied to major cricket tournaments are published on the promotions page and are subject to their own terms.

The AK 40 VIP programme consists of five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. All registered players are automatically enrolled at Bronze tier. Tier progression is based on monthly activity levels as defined in the VIP programme details available on the VIP page.

• Tier upgrades are assessed monthly. Meeting the activity threshold for a higher tier in a given month results in an upgrade at the start of the following month.
• VIP cashback is calculated on net losses within the qualifying period and credited in PKR.
• Benefits at each tier — including cashback percentage, withdrawal speed and account manager access — are as described on the VIP page and may be updated periodically.
• AK 40 reserves the right to adjust, suspend or terminate the VIP programme at any time. Affected players will be given reasonable notice where possible.
• VIP status cannot be transferred between accounts or purchased directly.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on AK 40. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and permanent ban from the platform:

• Opening more than one account, or assisting another person in opening a duplicate account.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, bugs or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including systematic exploitation of promotional offers.
• Attempting to launder funds through the platform.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or that are used without the owner's consent.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing support staff or other players.

AK 40 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion if there is reason to believe that a breach of these Terms and Conditions has occurred, or if the account poses a risk to the platform or other players.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting the support team. If you choose to close your account, any remaining balance after any applicable bonus forfeitures will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements.

• Accounts idle for 12 or more consecutive months may be classified as inactive. AK 40 will attempt to notify you before any action is taken on an inactive account.
• If your account is closed due to a breach of these terms, AK 40 is not obligated to return any bonus funds. Real-money deposits that have not been used in conjunction with a bonus may be returned at AK 40's discretion following investigation.

All content on the AK 40 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, written content and software — is the property of AK 40 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell or create derivative works from any AK 40 content without express written permission.
• Game content remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers.
• Any unauthorised use of AK 40 intellectual property may result in account closure and legal action.

AK 40 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates smoothly, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Planned maintenance and unexpected technical issues may occasionally affect availability.

• AK 40 is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, connection issues on the player's side, or technical faults beyond our reasonable control.
• AK 40 is not responsible for any financial losses incurred as a result of using the platform. All betting and gaming activity carries inherent financial risk and should be treated as entertainment spending.
• In jurisdictions where online gaming liability disclaimers are not enforceable, this clause applies to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

• Personal data is collected for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention and customer support purposes.
• AK 40 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
